In order to have the majority of works carried out to your property it is necessary to provide architectural plans in Kent or commonly known as building plans in Kent. Planning permission is not always required for building projects; however, the majority of projects require the submission of detailed drawings to be submitted for building regulations approval.

Anderson North Ltd can provide a full drawing service using CAD with existing and proposed layouts and elevations provided. In addition, the majority of councils also require existing and proposed roof plans, block plans, and ordnance survey maps. Plans are often only part of a submission.

Dependant on the type of work or position in the area it is often necessary to provide design and access statements and planning policy statements. Anderson North will provide all information to the council on your behalf as necessary to ensure full validation.
